Position Overview

Start your digital career on the front line of delivery and client happiness. As our Graduate Project & Client Concierge, you’ll learn the ropes of agency life from day one — coordinating small tasks, managing the help desk, keeping delivery on track and communicating clearly with clients and teammates. From here, you can grow into Digital Project Manager, Account Manager, or Content Production Specialist.

What you’ll do

Project Coordination (daily)

  • Maintain task boards and timelines; chase statuses, update priorities and keep due dates honest.

  • Run lightweight stand-ups/check-ins; record decisions, risks and next steps.

  • Prep agendas and notes for client meetings; follow up actions and owners.

  • Assist with resourcing: book people, confirm estimates, keep schedules tidy.

Client Concierge / Help Desk

  • Be first-response on the help desk: triage tickets, gather details, reproduce issues.

  • Set expectations with clear, friendly updates; own the SLA clock and escalate early.

  • Coordinate small fixes and content changes end-to-end (brief → schedule → QA → release).

  • Keep clients in the loop with simple, jargon-free comms and release notes.

Content & QA support

  • Make straightforward CMS updates (Acora, Kentico, WordPress) following checklists.

  • Optimise images and assets; apply content and accessibility basics (links, headings, alt text).

  • Run smoke tests after deployments; log issues with steps, screenshots and impact.

Documentation & process

  • Keep project docs, how-tos and run-sheets up to date and easy to follow.

  • Suggest improvements to templates, checklists and handover steps as you learn.

What you’ll learn

Month 0–1

Help desk triage, ticket hygiene, our comms tone, CMS basics, QA checklists, release cadence.

Months 2–3

Running small client check-ins, preparing mini-briefs, estimating tiny tasks with guidance, basic analytics & reporting.

Owning a small stream of client requests end-to-end, coordinating micro-projects, contributing to plans and budgets.

Months 6–12 (choose your lane)

We will work to support you where you thrive.

  • Digital PM: backlog grooming, sprint planning, risk/issue management, vendor coordination
  • Account Management: relationship health, reporting, roadmaps, spotting upsides for client value
  • Content Production: content planning, page builds at scale, accessibility QA, light UX tidy-ups, OR
  • Remain a Generalist: continue doing a bit of everything.

  • Office Suite - word, excel, powerpoint
  • Website CMS - Acora, Kentico and Wordpress (we will show you how)
  • Asana - shared runsheets and checklists
