With a new CEO and a refreshed business strategy, SIA needed to partner with a full service digital agency to re-design and re-develop their lacklustre web presence.
Two key requirements for the project were enablement of a full suite of web based membership services, and unification of SIA's poorly understood brand (the organisation was running with separate offices and separate communications plans in each different state!) into a unified, national online presence.

The website was directly responsible for increasing the organisation's membership base by more than half in the first 12 months of operation, after processing no memberships at all before the upgrade!
Many of the most complex member service interactions (joining, renewing, upgrading, member profile management, events booking) are now automated, freeing up SIA's administrative resources to further grow their organisation.
A unified national brand speaks to all SIA customers and stakeholders with a consistent voice, and online collaboration tools allow members to interact with each other under the SIA banner. Yet the individual state offices still have the capability to target communications to their local members thanks to distributed content publishing tools provided by DDSN's cm3 Acora CMS content management software.
