How do the plans work?
Every engagement begins with an initial assessment. We confirm the size and structure of the website, the standard being targeted, the access DDSN will receive, the tools already in place and any platform or third-party constraints.
The assessment determines whether the website can enter an assurance plan directly, requires an initial remediation project, or would be better served by redevelopment. We will identify that before committing to a conformance timeline.
Plans are normally structured as 24-month engagements because sustained accessibility depends on ongoing publishing, monitoring and improvement. The agreed scope, service hours, reporting cycle and exclusions are recorded before work begins.
Choose an accessibility and content assurance plan
Light
For smaller websites of up to approximately 50 pages.
Establishes the baseline, monitors common content faults and gives a small publishing team practical controls for maintaining website quality.
Small
For websites of up to approximately 100 pages.
Adds accessibility-specific author training and broader review of tables, graphics and newly published material.
Standard
For large or frequently updated websites.
Adds hands-on content and component remediation, pre-publication review, form and table repair, and a stronger reporting and governance layer.
Deep
For complex digital estates with high volume or strict requirements.
Adds advanced authoring support, complex data presentation, graphic-design input, deeper content-quality work and coordination of excluded workstreams.
Plan comparison
All plans are for a 24 month minimum contract. Please note, if your site does not meet a minimum standard or if it has too many technical challenges, redevelopment of your site may be required, at additional cost.

How does the four-month WCAG AA commitment apply?
** The four-month commitment applies only after DDSN has assessed and accepted a defined website scope. It covers the pages, templates, reusable components and editable content recorded in that scope. It excludes document libraries, inaccessible third-party systems, major redevelopment and work DDSN cannot perform with the access provided.
The commitment is not attached automatically to a plan name or website page count. Two websites with the same number of pages can have very different templates, forms, integrations and technical constraints.
Which plan should we choose?
You have a small, relatively stable website, a limited author group and mainly need monitoring, baseline repairs and clear authoring controls.
Your website is still modest in size but has more frequent publishing, several authors, tables or graphics, and a need for accessibility-specific training.
Your website is large, frequently updated or operationally important and requires active remediation, pre-publication review and regular governance reporting.
Your organisation publishes complex data, graphics, documents or annual-report content and needs accessibility, design and content specialists working together.

DDSN will recommend the smallest plan capable of addressing the assessed scope. If the current platform cannot produce accessible output, we will recommend remediation or redevelopment rather than selling monitoring that cannot solve the underlying problem.
